Atmos x Reebok Ex-O-Fit Hi "Strap Galaxy"

Atmos und Reebok zeigen wieder einmal gemeinsame Kreativität. Mit dem Reebok Ex-O-Fit Hi "Strap Galaxy" gelang ihnen wieder ein interesanter Schuh in zwei Variationne. Beide Modelle haben eine schwarze grundfarbe mit Millionen von kleinen Sternen. Die Straps über den Schuhen sind jeweils aus blauem oder rotem Lackleder. Die weißen Sohlen haben den Glow-In-The-Dark Effekt. Ab 1. September sind die Schuhe zu haben.

Nike Terminator - Selvedge

Passend zum Nike Blazer Selvedge gibt es nun auch den Nike Terminator Selvedge. Auch dieser Schuh ist komplett aus blauem Jeansstoff und zeigt die typischen Jeansmerkmale, wie z.B. Lederettikett an der Zunge, rotem Button und gelben Nähten. Der Sneaker ist z.B. im Nike Online Store erhältlich.

Nike Blazer "Purple Denim"

Nike brachte in letzter Zeit wieder gerne Sneaker aus Denim auf den Markt. So kommt z.B. dieser sehr coole Nike Blazer aus lila Denim heraus. Auch Sohle uns Swoosh sind lila. Als Kontrast ist die Untersohle gelb. Leider nur für Frauen.

Nike Blazer AC High LE Red Velcro & Blazer Low ND Lucky Green

Zwei völlig ungewöhnliche Nike Blazer Modelle werden uns nächstes Jahr erfreuen: ein flacher Nike Blazer aus grünem Nylonmesh und ein hoher Nike Blazer aus edlem rotem Glattleder und Klettverschlüssen statt Schnürsenkeln. Beide Modelle gehören zur Frühjahr/Sommer Kollektion 2010.

Nike Dunk High Skinny WMNS – Metallic Pack

Das sind Modelle nach meinem Geschmack. Der Nike Dunk Skinny für Frauen kommt im Metallic Pack mit drei verschiedenen Variationen auf den Markt. Jedes der drei Modelle hat Glitzereffekte im Obermaterial eingebunden. Die Bling-Bling Sneaker kommen in silber/silber, rot/gold und gold/schwarz. Ab Herbst soll das Pack in die Läden kommen.

Nike Dunk High Black Sail

Dieser Nike Dunk hat wohl einer der merkwürdigsten Muster, die ich in letzter Zeit an einem Sneaker gesehen habe. Nicht definierbar sind die wirren Maserungen auf schwarzem Leder. Seitenteile und Front sind aus schwarzem Mesh. Im Januar 2010 wird dieses LSD Modell auf den Markt kommen.

Bolo'd Over

I need to be sketching today but I'm having the WORST case of creative block of my life! I keep sitting down with my sketch pad... but nothing.

So where do I go when I want to be inspired?? Well, I go shopping of course!

First stop was a visit to my friends at the Louboutin boutique to look around and to drop off my damaged goods (Hi Amita! Hi Monica! Hey Jourdan!) and then off to see Betty at YSL.

Yes. I'm seriously wearing a bolo tie... I'm pretty into it.

YSL has AMAZING Fall shoes this year. Amazing. I think I was in there for an hour trying on all the new shoes. You guys should go check them out ASAP. We're talking serious footwear here.

OMG! And they have these numbered, limited addition Kate Moss Trib Too pumps! They're this spacey matte silver color and they are reeeeeally cool. Check those out too. Maybe I'll sneak in there and see if I can get a picture. :)

Anyway, I wore these Miu Miu boots today. They were in my bebe launch post but you couldn't see them well. I love them and as simple as they are, I get tons of comments on them. They're even pretty comfortable considering how high they are!

SIDE NOTE:

Why does my hair look so shiny and beautiful you ask? Well... my darling sweetie pants (and fake twin) Christie Walker did this awesome Brazilian keratin treatment on my hair and it worked AMAZINGLY!!! It's a de-frizzing treatment thats totally safe for all hair types. Anyway check her out if you're local.

Your internet is faster than my home computer.

Nike Blazer Mid Supreme

Ein neues Modell des Nike Blazers kommt wieder auf den Markt. Der recht schlichte Schuh hat statt dem üblichen aufgenähten Swoosh nur eine perforierte Andeutung des selbigen. Dazu kommt eine glatte Sohle, wie sie z.B. bei Chucks oder Supras zu finden ist. Somit erinnert der Sneaker sehr an einen Skeaterschuh.

Nike Sportswear Dunk Hi Frühjahr 2010

Bereits auf der B&B wurden diese Nike Dunks von Nike Sportswear vorgestellt. Hier nun die offiziellen Bilder zu den Schuhen. Angelehnt an die ursprünglichen College-Schuhe kommt der Nike Dunk nun in den Stadtfarben von Chicago, Carolina und NYC. Ab März nächsten Jahres werden die Schuhe in den Läden stehen.

Wine Night + Girl Friends =

A few of my friends and I went out to celebrate our friend Julie's birthday. Just some good Italian food and friends, right? Well, no. It was Wednesday Wine night at the restaurant which meant no corking fee on any bottles you bring in. Woops.

When I called Ben for a ride home, craziness ensued. I decided I wanted to hang out in the bathtub. Hey- it made sense at the time... and the dogs agreed! I was really into how my shoes matched our tile.

New Balance M575 "Horse Hair"

Bereits letztes Jahr hatte New Balance ein "Horse Hair" Modell auf den Markt gebracht. Dieses Jahr kommt es im Unterschied in braunem Pferdehaar und weißem Glattleder. Ein wirklich abgefahrener Schuh. Wann er in Europa auf den markt kommt ist noch ungewiss.

Mita Sneakers "Kirimori" Project x Asics Tropical Gel Lyte Speed

Mita Sneakers scheint schier unermüdlich zu sein. Denn ein Colab-Sneaker nach dem anderen purzelt auf die Märkte. So z.B. dieser "Tropical" Gel Lyte Speed in Zusammenarbeit mit Asics. Die Grundfarbe des Schuhs ist grau mit vielen bunten Akzenten, wie gelb, blau, pink etc, wodurch ein sehr cooler Kontrast geschaffen wird. Ab Anfang September wird der Schuh zu haben sein.

Mad Hectic x Mita Sneakers x New Balance 580

Wieder einmal haben sich Mad Hectic, Mita Sneakers und New Balance zusammengetan und am New Balance 580 Modell gefeilt. Herausgekommen ist ein hellblau/weißer Laufschuh mit vielen kleinen Akzenten, wie z.B. dem "Go! Hectic" Fähnchen an den Schnürsenkeln. Ab 12. September wird dieser Schuh zu haben sein.

Nike Air Force 1 Hi Nitro Microphone

Die japanische Hip-Hop Gruppe Nitro Microphone Underground feiert ihr 10jähriges Bestehen mit einer speziellen Ausgabe des Nike AIr Force 1. Das Obermaterial besteht aus schwerem scharzen Leder in Elefantehautoptik, umrandet mit goldenen Akzenten. Passend dazu sind Frontkappe und Seitenteile aus goldenem Glattleder. Auf der eine Zunde des Schuhs findet man eine eingestickte 1999, auf der anderen Zunge ein 2009. Ab September gehört dieser Schuh zur Quickstrike-Ausgabe von Nike und z.B. bei TheGoodWillOut zu bekommen.

So Christie and I went to meet Paramore before the No Doubt show- yes that was a few weeks ago, but I forgot to blog it ;) They were really sweet and the lead singer Hayley is adorable and happened to be wearing a beanie that Ben designed while at Paul Frank.

Anyway, I broke out my vintage brogues finally! I found them while shopping for my first Betsey collection- you may remember the group I built around them (if you forgot check it out here) and I've been waiting to wear them.

I'm an 8 1/2 so those of you who shop vintage know how exciting it is to find shoes bigger than a vintage size 7! I'm not a big flats girl, so when I find a great pair it's extra special.

I went to my high school's 10 year reunion (yikes) and this girl was smoking in my face (yuck) and when I went to back away from the bitch, I scraped my heel against this cement pillar and "AAARGGGH!!" Totally ruined my new shoes.

...I almost cried and it definitely ruined my night. Luckily, there's a killer shoe repair that the lovely people over at the Louboutin boutique send all their shoes to. I'll keep my fingers crossed and post a picture of the repairs!

Solebox x New Balance 1500 "The Finals" Release

Letzten Samstag war endlich der Release des langerwarteten New Balance 1500 "The Finals" in Kooperation mit Solebox. Als ich Freitag spät abends bei Solebox zufällig vorbeifuhr, kampten die ersten Sneakerheads bereits vor dem Laden. Was sonst noch am Tag vor und in dem Laden los war, und woher die Leute zum Teil gekommen sind, seht ihr in dem Video.

Mark Gonzales x adidas Nizza Hi

Skateboardlegende Mark Gonzales hat wieder seine Finger für adidas ins Spiel gebracht. Am adidas Nizza Hi verewigte er sich mit einigen bunten Farbtupfern auf einem sonst weißen Canvas-Schuh, mit den klassichen blauen adidas-Streifen.

New Balance CW996M Color Pack

Für den kommenden Herbst veröffentlich New Balance den 996 in echt coolen Farbvarianten. Im Color Pack wird es den CW996M in violett, türkis, pink, gelb und in silber geben. Alle fünf Modelle bestehen aus einem Oberflächenmaterial von Wild-, Glatt- und Lackleder. Diese Modelle werden auf jeden Fall eine Menge Fans finden.
