Converse has once again created and designed a sneaker that is with connection to music. We have seen Converse create sneakers for rock bands, artists, etc. but this time they will create something for a Music Festival that has been running in Australia for seventeen years. This festival is called the Big Day Out. Famous for being a rock n roll sneaker, Converse has chosen the Chuck Taylor to be designed with the Big Day Out theme. The Chucks that they used is a low cut which is in a basic white color. This simple color is accented with a retro like colors and lettering spelling out the “Big Day Out” words. The colors include blue, red, yellow, and black which looks very attractive when used on the white canvass. This sneaker is also matched with the classic Chuck Taylor outsole with a red stripe on it.
This sneaker will be available only in Australia and Converse will randomly include 50 tickets for the Big Day Out in 50 boxes of this Chuck Taylors. They will start releasing this on the first or second week of December.
